Cold steam by ultrasounds:
- The process is instantaneous, which allows a strict accuracy and regularity in the humidity rate.
- No preheating needed, which means quickness and a low energetic consumption (± 300w for steaming)
- Possibility to transfer products directly from the cooling room without risks of condensation.
- The cold steam allows the control of the humidity rate, even in the lower temperatures (3 or 4°c). While keeping a high and regular moisturizing ones can avoid dampness and heat input.
- Using UVs, Bee Klim gives the possibility to create a proving chamber in any isolated room, as well as a place to conserve cream products keeping them from drying out.
- UV lamps (germicidal) maintain a high hygiene and lower the risks of emergence of mold and germs.
- Ideal in warm environments, BEE KLIM’s cold steaming has no heat input… Indeed!
- Bee Klim is the best fit for a room up to 30m².
